Hi, everyone! I’m Chloe, the Onboarding Specialist at Arika Alft State Farm. I joined the team in September 2025, and I love helping new customers get started with confidence. My role includes communicating with prospective customers, providing quotes, onboarding new policyholders, and assisting current customers with their insurance needs.
Outside of the office, I am a proud mama to one sweet (and sassy!) 4-year-old boy who keeps me on my toes. I also have a wonderful boyfriend, Jake – not Jake from State Farm, but Jake from the Fish Farm 😉. In our free time, you will usually find us at the racetrack cheering on our little guy, out on the lake cruising or fishing, hitting the golf course, or enjoying a quiet night in with a game of cribbage. When I manage to sneak in a little “me time,” I enjoy shopping, getting my nails done, and the occasional afternoon nap.
I am passionate about helping individuals and families find coverage that fits their unique needs while ensuring they are protected through every season of life. I am licensed in Wisconsin for Home, Auto, Life, and Health insurance. I am always happy to answer any questions and help make insurance a little less overwhelming. Hello! My name is Brechlyn, or Brec for short since it’s easier. I joined the team back in September of 2025 and acquired my Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license. Now I am the Customer Service Representative here at the office, and some of my roles include answering any questions you may have, assisting you when you may need to file a claim, and getting you in touch with one of my amazing coworkers to set you up with all of your insurance needs. I love welcoming new customers into our office, and I especially like assisting our current customers and keeping kind, caring, and professional relationships with them.
When I’m not in the office, I find myself doing mostly outdoor activities like fishing and hunting. I enjoy doing those activities with either some of my relatives, my amazing boyfriend Ethan, or my dog Bernie. My family and I enjoy watching the Brewers and Packers. We also love to go on trips across the United States. I love hanging out with my Grandma Carol who I help take care of, as well as take her to the casino where she wins a lot more than I do and lets me know it. An interesting fact about me is my first name is my grandma’s maiden name.
I’m passionate about giving customers an easy and efficient experience, since dealing with insurance isn’t always the most fun thing to do. I love spreading the knowledge I’ve learned to our customers who want to understand things more like the kinds of coverages they have. I look forward to assisting you in starting to make sure you have the coverage that works for you and make dealing with your insurance a little easier!

Originally from a small town in Tennessee, I have had the opportunity to live in and experience several different parts of the United States before proudly making Wisconsin my home. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the unique needs, values, and goals of the individuals and families I serve.
As an onboarding specialist, I am passionate about helping people navigate important decisions with confidence and ease. I believe every customer deserves a welcoming experience, clear communication, and personalized support. My goal is to build meaningful relationships while ensuring each person feels informed, valued, and cared for throughout the process.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two amazing children who keep life busy, fun, and full of adventure. Our family also includes a beloved dog and more houseplants than I probably need, but I enjoy caring for all of them. When I’m not helping customers, you’ll often find me spending time outdoors, exploring Wisconsin, enjoying nature, reading a good book, or making memories with family and friends.
